From its glamorous past as a celebrity hideaway to its near-demolition—and restoration—in the 1970s, the property’s spirit and charm was preserved across the decades. A complete renovation in 2010 by MetWest Terra brought new life to this bayside gem, integrating contemporary innovation and technology with a gracious nod to the hotel’s historic past.
